Compensation Package

We are here to set ourselves apart from the industry standard by offering lower fees and benefits. With an industry consumed with fees, it is our mission to put more money in your pocket. 

• 80% Agent / 20% Company split (per calendar year).
   

• Once the Company has collected $15,000 in a calendar year, Agent receives 100% of their commission for remainder of that year.
   

• Personal Transactions: As an Agent, you are able have up to 1 personal transaction per year keeping 100% of the commission, minus a $500 processing fee.
