Pricing was just released for Nickel Flats, Coburn Development's latest offering. The boutique building will be located south of the existing Steel Yards mixed-use community and in the heart of Boulder Junction. This is the first market-rate residential offering in the Boulder Junction neighborhood. The distinctly modern building will sit adjacent to a future pocket park and offer easy access to everything (29th Street Marketplace, Whole Foods, Barnes & Noble, etc.)

Boulder Junction, previously known as Transit Village, is a 160-acre redevelopment area located in the geographic center of town. The City of Boulder is transforming the site into a mixed-use, pedestrian-oriented neighborhood with regional transit connections and public spaces that will benefit the entire community, creating a vibrant economic and social center that is environmentally sustainable.

Boulder Junction is being built in three phases. Phase One, currently under construction, includes:

  • Depot Square at Boulder Junction, a 3.28-acre development with a 60,000-square-foot underground Regional Transportation District Park-n-Ride bus station
  • A 140-room Hyatt hotel
  • 71 permanently affordable apartments
  • A renovated historic train depot that will eventually house a restaurant or brewpub
  • Solana 3100 Pearl, a 310 unit upscale apartment community
