TrailCrossing at Lee Hill is a new development of 31 single family homes (3 permanently affordable) located west of Broadway just south of Dakota Ridge. Construction is estimated to start in December and the plan is to release approximately 4 homes per month after the first phase. The estimated build time for each home is 7 months with the first set scheduled to be completed in late June of 2015.
The architecture is what we like to call Colorado Modern, strong lines with stucco and metal accents. The floor plans are all open concept and there are even a few with main level masters.
Homesite reservations have been under way since October and all lots except 4, 13, 14, and 15 have been reserved. This reservation gives a first right of refusal for a fully refundable $1,000 deposit. It does not guarantee pricing but it does guarantee the first chance at the property when final pricing and the property are released for contracting. Some reservations will most likely fall through so being second on the list is not a bad scenario.
